抹茶有與玉露相近的甘味，但卻不失清爽，而且色澤在氧化後依然翠綠。在朱古力脆撻內除了有焙茶蛋糕，濃抹生朱古力和焙茶奶醬。還有主角抹茶重芝士，我刻意減低了甜度，令整體更清爽。
Matcha has a sweetness similar to gyokuro, yet remains refreshing, and its color stays vibrant green even after oxidation. Inside the crispy chocolate tart, there is roasted tea cake, rich matcha ganache, and roasted tea cream. The star ingredient is matcha cheesecake, with intentionally reduced sweetness to make the overall taste more refreshing
