男士通常不嗜甜，所以這次父親節特別設計了一款輕盈清爽、但層次又不會單薄的聖多諾黑。

全新口味融合果香與茶香，夾層加入榛子粉焗製的焙茶蛋糕，堅果香更濃，完美帶出焙茶的炭烤韻味。外層以輕盈野莓慕絲包裹，野莓的酸度能帶來提亮效果，讓厚重的焙茶或堅果香更顯平衡。

當然依然有招牌聖多諾黑不可或缺的焦糖泡芙，焦糖面依然做得薄脆，配上鬆脆朱古力餅底和千層酥。口感與風味依舊同時展現。

This new flavor blends fruitiness with tea aroma. The inner layers feature hojicha cake baked with hazelnut powder, giving a deeper nutty fragrance that perfectly highlights the roasted notes of hojicha. The exterior is wrapped in airy wildberry mousse, whose tartness brightens the overall taste, balancing the richness of tea and nuts.

Of course, the signature caramel cream puffs of Saint Honoré remain essential — their caramel glaze is still thin and crisp, paired with a crunchy chocolate biscuit base and flaky puff pastry. Texture and flavor continue to shine together.
